Self and double are the themes of Germana Stella’s shoot: the multiple identities within each of us and a praise to the latest imaginary at Valentino
I’m attracted to a beauty that’s out of tune, unconventional, far from the rules but that is still beautiful to me. It can be a body, parts of a body, of clothes, of food or flowers; anything that makes me stop and look.
Self portrait’s and body
This is the focal point that makes all of my works, part of a persistent research. It all starts from a history of conflict with the food, which resulted into nervous anorexia that forced me to look at things from a different perspective. Something we talk about a lot nowadays, but that hasn’t knocked down the problem.
